Great location and view. Space is great for a family of four. Well-stocked kitchen. Living room and balcony also very nice. A few things stop me from providing a 5-star review however. While clean for the most part, the kitchen and bathroom floor need to be cleaned and/or tiles replaced. Places we have been in Europe with washing machines provide at least a couple of laundry pods to do a couple of loads. Here: nothing. No liquid hand soap, only one bar of soap to share. Toilet was uncomfortable even by European standards and when flushed water sprays over top of bowl if lid not down. There was also extremely loud renovations going on in a unit below us during most of our time there. It had been going on before we arrived according to a neighbour. Loud banging and drilling noises from 7 am to 8 pm the first two days was no fun. Given the description that noted how quiet the location was, we were obviously surprised. Property management communication on this point was unsatisfactory.

Our holiday in Annecy was wonderful! The flat we rent was in a good place and it was easy moving on foot. We had a well-stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. The host was nice and she was very prompt in communication with us. The flat is good for families, we went there with our three little kids and they enjoyed it and the city.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The place was clean and well equipped and the balcony with the town/mountain views was a real highlight! Perfectly located to access the restaurants in the old town and Lake Annecy. Would definitely recommend!

Where do I start?!! The view! The view! The balcony literally wraps around the apartment and it’s breathtaking. The beds were so comfortable and they both sit on both sides of the entry which was so comforting with kids - we had an eye on things at all times. The kitchen was maybe our favorite - so cute, well stocked and fun to eat around the table! The best, however, was the location! It’s walkable to literally everything. Annecy was a dream and this apartment was the cherry on top! Random observations: - The tvs in both bedrooms aren’t “smart” or connected to cable. So they don’t operate unless you bring your own device. Like, who cares, right?! You’re in Annecy so who needs tv! Just an fyi! - You’ll need to meet a rep for the apartment for check in and check out. So be prepared to communicate!! - They greet you with a bottle of wine! It’s so fun! - The washing machine was easy peasy! - They have a French press, for Americans craving a giant cup of coffee. Yay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is truly beautiful, and the balcony and views are a highlight! It is well located, just a few mins walk from the centre of the old town and the lake. One thing that slightly lets it down is the bathroom. Also, we were a bit dissapointed with one of the hosts communication. We felt a bit harassed. The day before we left we got a message asking 'what time will you leave'. We then got a message a few hours later saying '???' as we had not responded. Then, we confirmed the time, which was before the required checkout time of 10am. On the day of check out we even got another message at 6.45am. Initially I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but in the end, I found the communication to be rude and also intrusive of the holiday. Why am I not allowed to jut enjoy my stay in peace? I've stayed at probably 50 airbnbs and never been so hassled. Overall though, a good stay. The apartment is beautiful.

This is a lovely apartment! Stylish, quiet, stunning views, good beds, great shower, good facilities - there is just so much to enjoy. The location is absolutely wonderful; the old town with all its charm is at your doorstep and it is so easy to access great restaurants as well as the historic sites and interesting shopping options. The apartment was warm and inviting, the lift to the 6th floor was very welcome and we lived very comfortably for 2 weeks. When we needed help, the managing company was always pleasant , acknowledged the issue & gifted us a bonus breakfast !! (Thanks Elsa & Jerome!) Annecy is fabulous & the charm of La Panoramique added to the joy!

We really enjoyed our time at the Panoramique! The apartment is so spacious and beautiful and the views seriously cannot be beat. We enjoyed plenty of coffees and wines on the balcony and there was more than enough room for us to spread out and relax on our trip to Annecy. It was super conveniently located to old town and central Annecy in a nice, quiet area. We would definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a late check-in so we didn't have someone show us in--the apartment is on the sixth floor with a "La Panoramique" sign, not the second as we'd assumed given the 211 room number. Our host was responsive and that was the only snag, we would absolutely stay here again if we need a place in Annecy.

Our stay was great, the location felt safe. The apartment was beautiful and large. The views are amazing. It was quite warm when we were there, we had the choice to use the a/c in the bedrooms, however in order for it to work you had to leave your bedroom balcony door open to leave the vent outside. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. The shower had great water pressure and lots of hot water. It was also nice to be able to do some laundry while there. The apartment is in a great central location, you can walk to everything.

Positive: Central location, nearby large carpark, very close to Old Town, comfortable apartment Negative: We were reminded that we need to throw the rubbish out and remove all the bedsheets ourselves before check-out. Feels like there are more cleaning rules than usual and it feels a bit restricted. The kitchen was lovely and well-equipped, but because of the above we decided not to cook in the end

Great location with really fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and the old city. Very clean apartment. It is on the 6th floor, just to know, but there is an elevator! There is no A/C, so we kept the windows open. That was pleasant, but noisy at night and early morning from street cleaning. The shower was really nice (but the toilets leak when you flush). Beds and pillows very comfortable. Super convenient to everything, including the grocery store, the lake, the old town, and restaurants. Cons: there was no designated parking, so we parked far away and payed, the coffee machine didn’t work and the host wasn’t accommodating about fixing/replacing. You are asked to take the garbage out, but no directions to where the cans are located. It was a complicated check-in process that required access to international calling, and meeting a person on site. Wish they could have emailed me this information ahead of time. Small things. Generally a lovely location in a beautiful town.

We loved staying here! It’s in the heart of Annecy and it’s so walkable to all the hotspots. The views are incredible. For check in, you meet with the host at a designated time for the key handoff (interesting for us Americans, but we had a great experience). Parking can be limited on busy weekends but the city is so walkable that we enjoyed any distance we had to park. The apartment was roomy and clean and the little kitchen was perfect for our stay. The views from the balcony were delightful. So many great restaurants, cafes, bars etc near this location. Would recommend!

Parfait !!
Positive: Tout était au top ! Emplacement super centre mais quand même très calme. L'appartement était impeccable, literie confortable et tout est très fonctionnel. La vue est top, avec un grand balcon. Negative: Se garer à Annecy, c'est la cata... Il y a un grand parking souterrain (celui de l'hôtel de ville) vraiment pas loin mais payant.

Superbe appartement dans un immeuble style art déco. Très bien situé, à deux pas du lac et des ruelles du Vieil-Annecy. Vue magnifique à 180°c, lumineux et spacieux. Idéal pour couple avec 2 enfants. Positive: Full flat as advertised suitable for a family of 4. Provided some things like toilet roll, shower gel and towels. Had what we needed. Convenient location. Negative: Unable to get TV channels - they hadn’t prepared for that. Some light bulbs weren’t working or checked. Parts of the rooms were dusty. No late check out option. Our host was late arriving to let us in.

Positive: הדירה ממוקמת במקום מעולה קרוב לסופר, דוכני הכריסמיס, קניון . המיטות נוחות וגם המצעים, החדרים גדולים ומרווחים , החימום עובד נהדר. המטבח עם שאריות של אורחים קודמים אז יש מוצרים שאפשר להשתמש בהם. מקלחת אמבט שהילדים מאוד נהנו. המרפסת מקיפה את הדירה יש יציאה אליה מכל החדרים. ישנם מטריות לאורחים. הנוף היה מהמם! ישנם 2 שרותים. קומה שישית עם מעלית . מכונת כביסה שהשתמשנו בה, ויש נטפליקס למי שמעוניין. Negative: הפרקט בסלון מאוד מרעיש , בלילה כשישנים זה ממש מפריע. השרותים לא נוחים לישיבה והמים יוצאים לרצפה כשפותחים את המים. יותר מידי כסאות מעץ ללא שימוש שתופסים מקום במרחב, אבל יש מלא מקום.

L’appartement est très bien aménagé, décoré avec goût, lumineux, la literie est parfaite, très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Annecy à pied. La vue est magnifique. Très bonne communication. Conditions d’arrivée et de départ parfaites. Rien à redire !

We absolutely loved the apartment and would highly recommend it. Just be aware of the lack of A/C
Positive: Property itself is beautiful. The wrap around balcony is amazing. Nice furnishings and really appreciated the washing machine after we'd been hiking the previous 2 weeks. Also, the location is ideal - quiet yet close to the action. Negative: The apartment was very very warm (uncomfortable) given no A/C and the hot spell that hit Europe in July. There was a small fan, but it barely did anything. Regardless of the hot spell, I think this apartment would benefit from a movable plug in A/C unit (no window units allowed). Because the balcony wraps around, the sun bakes different parts of the apartment throughout the day, making it quite warm by nighttime. It did cool down overnight, but that sun just re-baked it the next day. A clothes dryer would make doing laundry much easier vs. hanging wet clothes on the drying rack, the hall coat rack, the closets, etc.

Tout d'abord merci à Latifa pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. L'appartement est situé au meilleur endroit pour visiter Annecy. Nous étions à 50m du Lac, 50m du marché de Noel, 30m du restaurant Chez Mamie Lise où vous pouvez manger des fondus à tomber parterre le tout dans une ambiance conviviale. Super expérience vraiment ! L'appartement est décoré avec beaucoup de gout, il est très fonctionnel pour un couple ou pour 4 personnes. La petite bouteille offerte par notre Hôte était vraiment appréciable. Merci ! Je recommande ce Airbnb.
