We loved our stay in Annecy at this Airbnb apartment. We arrived by train and it was an easy 8 minute walk to the property. The directions to enter the property were very clear and instructions and recommendations were available in a booklet when we arrived. Communication was easy and professional, from beginning to end. I don't think you could find a better location in Annecy! We were able to walk to everything. It was absolutely charming, with a little balcony right on the river, with views of the mountains, the castle, and all kinds of restaurants, pubs, bakeries, charcuteries, shopping, the lac d'Annecy, etc. We spent 4 nights here and would definitely return!

Très bon séjour à annecy au sein de cette airbnb dans le vieux annecy, appartement parfait très propre et bien rangé, emplacement parfait tout accessible à pied avec le marché de noël à deux pas de l’appart. La vue est tout simplement magnifique et la décoration de l’appartement de même. Tout est mis à disposition pour notre confort. Tout simplement parfait nous y retournerons !

great location and all amenities needed are in the apartment, the apartment is probably in the best possible location in Annecy, it would be hard to beat. the lay out is good and comfortable. the only negative comments are that the cleaning could have been better, and while I fully respect the age and historical value of the building, some minor internal maintenance should be undertaken to make a good apartment into a great one. Emplacement idéal pour un séjour dans le vieux Annecy. Tout est magnifique et la vue de l’appartement est extraordinaire. Facile d’accès par la gare routière à pied. L’appartement est bien, mais comme bien d’autres l’ont mentionné, il est effectivement poussiéreux. Un manque de ménage flagrant. Et pourtant, il ne faudrait que peu de temps pour réparer et/ou nettoyer les menus détails qui à la longue deviennent déplaisant. Nous avons eu un souci pour le chauffage, sans retour des gestionnaires, mais nous avons fini par résoudre le problème nous-mêmes. Cela dit, pour un bref séjour à deux, c’est l’endroit idéal!

Je suis sincèrement navrée d'apprendre que l'appartement n'était pas assez propre. Je viens de transférer votre message au concierge qui s'était occupé de ménage. Nous ferons le nécessaire pour assurer que cette situation ne se reproduise plus pour nos prochains clients. Malheureusement pour le chauffage, vous aviez signalé le moment de fermeture du bureau et les concierges étaient déjà partis. Il suffisait juste de mettre sur mode ON comme elle vous a expliqué ma collègue et comme vous avez fini par faire. Je prends bonne note de cela également afin de mettre des instructions pour le fonctionnement du chauffage à disposition pour nos clients. J'espère tout de même que vous avez passé un bon séjour et que vous avez apprécié notre jolie ville. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau!

This renovated apartment in a very old building is perfectly located on the canal. It had all amenities needed for a great stay. I especially liked the bath and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Instructions to get into the apartment were clear and we hope to return one day.

Wifi not working when we arrived but quickly sorted by conciergerie. 1 plug socket had no cover with an exposed live wire which sparked and tripped the circuit breaker, hopefully this will be sorted as could be dangerous for children.

We had a pleasant stay in Annecy at la Conciergerie’s apartment. The apartment is located up the spiral staircase of a classic old-city stone building. The dark hallway leading inside is by no means pretty, but the location is ideal. It took some effort to find the right door to unlock, and the lock was hard to use. The apartment is bright and has a beautiful view up the canal towards the lake. It also feels very private which is a luxury when the streets of Annecy are packed with visitors. The apartment is quirky and tired in some places but it did the trick for a three night stay. There is no air conditioning besides the provided fans, and it is hard to leave a window open overnight. The apartment was good and Annecy is better.

The apartment is in a fantastic position right in the heart of the Old Town, however the bathroom was not at all clean. The toilet was in severe need of some to clean it, quite a lot of dust and we had to clean the bath ourselves to remove the hair and dirt. There was only one wine glass, and not all of the electric sockets worked (one socket still had part of a broken plug in it which was quite dangerous). Overall the apartment was quite quirky and fun, with a fantastic view from the balcony, but we have given a 3 star review due to it being a bit tired and not very clean.

The location is superb except the noise, but if someone like parties then it is not a problem. Exceptional view! Amazing caffe on the little terrace on the canal. The apartment is not big, but good for a couple, and a bit old and smelly, but comfy. Lovely host who was super flexible and helpful with checking out time:) thx

You cannot beat the location of this Airbnb! It is right in the heart of Annecy, and our stay was so enjoyable due to the ease of walkability from the apartment to activities around the city. The apartment itself is very charming and has details that seem original to the building (wood beams, stonework). However, I felt that certain areas of the apartment could have been cleaner and felt a little cluttered. The toilet had a strong smell and we had to keep the door closed due to the odor. We also had to move around some of the items in the closet because we didn’t have space for our luggage and clothes. We loved that the unit had a washer but had to clean out a wad of hair that was not ours before putting clothes in. Overall, the apartment was enjoyable & you can’t beat the price or location! You are right above great restaurants, a 5-10 min walk to the lake, boutiques surrounding, and right outside the farmers market that happens on tues, Fridays and the weekends. Thank you!

One of the things I look for in a vacation Airbnb is an overall feel that lets me know that I am in the city or town that I am visiting. I want to experience my destination when if I choose to stay inside for a while. This apartment completely meets these expectations. The large windows and the balcony are just as pictured, and surpassed our expectations. We sat on the balcony in morning with coffee or in the afternoon with a glass of wine and watched the theater of the canal, beautiful buildings, people walking across the bridges, and the snow capped mountains with changing cloud landscapes. The location is just stunning. The apartment itself is centrally located in old Annecy so it is an easy walk to everything, including the lake. We had some difficulty locating the exact apartment. Once through the door on the second floor, it is the first apartment on the left. Rent a bike for a mostly flat, beautiful ride alongside the lake.

Der Balkon, die grossen Fenser zum Kanal hin -- das könnte besser nicht sein - Logenplätze!! Man muss die Leute bedauern, die sich in irgendein Restaurant am Kanal quetschen müssen, um den Ausblick zu geniessen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, das Bett bequem; Internet schnell. Die Lage überschattet (im positiven Sinn) alles andere; das Haus per se ist "historisch", will sagen: eher etwas heruntergekommen. Die Wohnung ist im Prinzip gut ausgestattet, aber es nagt der Zahn der Zeit. Eigentlich alles sauber, dennoch macht das eine oder andere Detail keinen besonders guten Eindruck (Toilette; Überwurf der Couch usw). Die Reaktionszeit der Verwaltung und der Check-in waren absolut einwandfrei. Wir kamen mit dem Auto; Parkplätze in der Nähe waren (Anfang Mai) kein Problem; nicht ganz billig, aber das ist bei einem touristischen Juwel wie Annecy auch nicht zu erwarten

Incredible apartment with water views right in the center of Annecy. Sitting on the little balcony overlooking the creek and drinking a glass of wine is truly amazing. My only complaint would be that the mattress on the bed isn’t very comfortable.

L’immeuble est calme, l’appartement est spacieux et bien équipée, le lit confortable les draps très propres, le petit balcon est un véritable plus. L’adresse est facile à trouver et accès par boîte à clefs très pratique. Le seul petit sujet est l’entretien des toilette (tartre + beaucoup de poussière) .. un détail dans l’ensemble. Bravo la conciergerie d’offrir des appartements de cette qualité.

Le logement était très bien situé dans le vieux quartier d’Annecy! La salle de bain est très agréable également. Le balcon est un plus et l’agencement de l’appartement est fonctionnel. Cependant la literie est de type futon, un peu dure à notre goût et les oreillers de piètre qualité. Cela est très dommage car cet appartement mérite largement une literie de qualité. Le logement était aussi un peu poussiéreux. Au niveau de l’organisation, elle se fait sans encombre à l’arrivée avec une arrivée autonome et départ est prévu à 10h ce qui était un peu trop tôt à notre goût. Une personne est venue à 10h pile pour s’occuper de l’appartement et probablement vérifier que nous étions bien partis.

Comme vous avez dû le remarquer, la vieille ville est interdite au véhicule à partir de 11h. Il est donc contraint de préparer ces logements dès 10h. Concernant la literie, elle convient à certains et moins à d'autres, navré qu'elle soit dure à votre goût. Au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau !

However, as some other reviewers have noted, the apartment is not as attractive as it appears in the photos. The apartment could also be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. In addition to the two flights of stairs, the shower is set very low and could be difficult to get into.

We were really looking forward to our visit in Annecy and especially in this Airbnb, but it did turn out to be a bit of a disappointment unfortunately. The Pros: The location was amazing. Right in the mix of oldtown and the balcony was incredible. The kitchen had plenty of glasses and dishware. There was no AC, but there were 2 fans which was great. The Cons: The room in the picture was bright and clean and this just was not the case. The pictures really made it look better than it was. Which was a bummer. There was no place to really sit back and relax to watch a TV at night since it was behind a pillar and it didn't really face the bedroom or sofa area. The furniture was all mismatched and some had stains on them. Half the lamp had bulbs that didn't work The bathroom was inexcusable. The bottom of the toilet was brown, like it hadn't been cleaned in a month and it still had a broken lid (which a previous reviewer mentioned and they haven't fixed yet). The bathroom walls had what looked like dirty handprint smudges and there was dust all over the walls and floors (amongst other things) The kitchen counter had pieces cut out from it. There is a huge step down to get into the shower, so if you're short like me, it is a bit dangerous. And there was no hand soap. It's unfortunate that there seems to be no love given to this place to spruce it up a tiny bit.

Would absolutely recommend this place for anyone coming to stay in Annecy! The location and view from the balcony is incredible and the place itself is spacious and cute. Check-in is a little later in the afternoon, but they do allow you to leave your bags at their business office located within walking distance of the train station and the Airbnb itself. If I came back to Annecy I would definitely stay here again!

Sad to say, but this stay was a disappointment! The location and balcony are brilliant, but the apartment overall needs more attention and care from the hosts. A few points: —The apartment has a musty, basement like smell when we walked in—so we had to open the windows and air it out for a while —The toilet seat was only half-attached and seemed mismatched to the fixture —Not all the dishes were clean —There were no paper towels, no napkins, no hand soap, and almost no dish soap —There was no proper sofa—just a small futon-like love seat and a couple mismatched lounge chairs —Also no proper dining table—we had to improvise while eating by putting stools up to the too-tall counter or using the tiny balcony table —One corner of the living room was occupied with a mix of miscellaneous mismatched lamps—as if the owners were just storing old fixtures there for use elsewhere —The TV was oddly placed behind a pillar where one couldn’t easily see it from the seating areas —Edges of the kitchen countertop were peeling or missing This was all a shame, because the hosts could make this place a real delight with just a tiny bit of attention and investment. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, the dishwasher, stove, wifi, washer, and stove worked, the shower was hot, and the location and view really are wonderful. On balance, if you’re just looking for a place to crash in a good location, then this is a good bet. But if you want something more luxurious, I’d keep looking. Happy travels.

Seule bémol, le ménage, il y avait beaucoup de poussières et l’appartement n’a pas été bien nettoyé avant nous. J’en ai fait mention aux gestionnaires et ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient y remédier. Je suis venue découvrir Annecy le temps d’un week-end avec ma mère et nous avons adoré ce logement. Il est super bien situé et nous avons été bien accueillis. Coup de cœur pour le balcon qui offre une vue superbe sur les montagnes. Nous avons adoré aussi la baignoire. Le lit est aussi confortable. Nous vous recommandons ce logement, vous ne serez pas déçus

Situé à 10 minutes de marche de la gare d'Annecy, dans la vieille ville et proche du lac. Appartement idéal pour un séjour à 2, chaleureux, moderne et bien équipé. Accueil efficace et surtout agréable ! Avec notamment de bons conseils et astuces pour visiter les alentours, tout en restant disponible à tout moment en cas de problèmes. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !

We came in the high season and I feel that we spent too much for the place. It was a perfect location and the balcony was neat but we honestly just committed to a price that was too high so had very high expectations. To me this place is mainly the great location.

Location, location, location! If you want to be at the heart of old Annecy, this is it. You overlook the canals, bustling restaurants, and steps from restaurants and shopping. Don’t expect 5 star accommodations as the quaint and funky little place is what you expect staying in a retrofitted building of this age. Very comfortable for our family of 3. Lovely terrace to enjoy cafe in the morning, or walk right downstairs to a number of places to eat. This is a busy area so expect street noise at night, just bring earplugs. Would highly recommend for location alone.

Séjour en famille à Annecy
L'appartement s'apparente plus à un studio que un T1, la séparation entre la "chambre" et la pièce à vitre s'effectue par un rideau donc ce n'est pas très adapté lorsque vous avez un enfant qui effectue des siestes. De manière plus générale l'appartement n'est pas adapté à un enfant en bas âge à cause de certaines prises ou les fils sont voyants. La literie est de qualité moyenne avec un sommier de piètre qualité. C'est un logement qui est parfait en couple ou avec des amis, l'emplacement est idéal et la vue magnifique.

We loved our apartment at 6 Rue Grenette. The view was excellent and the apartment was cute as a button. This apartment might not work for one with mobility issues, but it was perfect for us.

The best spot in Annecy
This is definitely the best place to stay. We could have sat at the balcony for ages to see the people pass and that are taking pictures of the beautiful old building we were staying. It's not only an authentic building, the appartment is also really cosy and nicely decorated, definitely has a great French atmosphere, and is close to everything you need. Annecy is a fabulous town where you can wander around for days, eat at one of the many great restaurants and have one of the best icecreams (that you buy just around the corner at the #9 best Italian ice vendor of France).

Charmant et bien situé

Superbe appartement
Appartement extrêmement bien placé au cœur d’Annecy, avec un vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes. L’appartement a un réel cachet avec des poutres, une salle de bain tout en bois et une literie très confortable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !
